Booking Information

Pricing
Our prices are kept affordable to promote heritage awareness. Private tours are slightly higher in cost.

• In-person experiences generally include all fees such as guide charges, transportation, and entry tickets (where applicable).
• Virtual experiences cover guiding fees and 24-hour access to event recordings (on request).
• Children under 12 can attend our walking tours free of charge, while those 12 and older pay full price.

Reservations & Payment
Pre-booking and payment are required for regular and virtual experiences, day trips, and special tours. Pay-What-You-Like tours and private bookings are payable in cash at the end of the experience. Private bookings must be confirmed at least 24-48 hours in advance.

Privacy Policy
We prioritize customer data privacy, storing information securely and never sharing it without explicit consent. During our tours, we request oral consent for photos used on social media or promotional materials.

Before the Tour

Meeting Points
Meeting points and guide details will be provided before the tour. You will receive an email with specifics the evening before the walk. For virtual experiences, joining links will be sent upon booking.

Tour Duration
Standard in-person experiences last 2-3 hours. Virtual experiences range from 1-2 hours depending on the booking.

What to Bring
Comfortable walking shoes, umbrellas, or hats are advised. There is no strict dress code, but culturally appropriate clothing is recommended for religious site visits.

Weather
Tours proceed unless there is heavy rain. If canceled due to weather, we will offer a rescheduled time or refund.

During the Tour

Punctuality
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. Virtual experiences begin 5 minutes after the scheduled time.

Safety
Please remain cautious when crossing roads, especially with children.

Photography & Recording
Photography is allowed unless restricted by property owners, but video/audio recording of tour guides is prohibited.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed during tours. For longer tours, please smoke at a respectful distance from the group.

Discrimination
UKIGO has zero tolerance for discriminatory behavior, including racism. We reserve the right to refuse service if this policy is violated.
