Full payment must be received as per the schedule mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other documents required for international travel.
Ukigo Holidays is not responsible for denied entry, fines, or penalties due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip interruptions, lost luggage, or other unforeseen events.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler and is not included in our packages unless explicitly mentioned.
5. Itinerary Changes
Ukigo Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or services due to weather, flight schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make every effort to provide alternatives of equal or greater value.
6. Liability
UKIGO Holidays acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.) and is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party providers.
By booking with us, you agree that UKIGO Holidays is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss during the trip.
7. Payment Security
All online payments are processed securely. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our website.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the UKIGO Holidays website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of UKIGO Holidays.
No part of this website may be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from bookings or use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
